Scope of Work

Operational Liability
The Requirement
Clients must identify and communicate all pre-existing damage, loose masonry, or delicate fixtures prior to service initiation. Water intrusion points (window seals) must be verified by the property owner.

The Coverage
My Big Merllin is fully insured for general liability. We utilize variable-pressure technology to match the clean to the substrate, significantly reducing risk compared to high-PSI-only generic operators.
Access & Utility
Water Supply Agreement
The client agrees to provide a functioning exterior water source (hose bib/spigot) during the scheduled service window. If no water source is available, My Big Merllin must be notified 48 hours in advance to arrange for alternative water hauling (additional fees apply).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service start time may be subject to a mobilization fee of $75. We operate Mon-Sat: 08:00-19:00 and respect the downtime and scheduling of Fresno residential communities.
Digital Ownership
All content on mybigmerllin.pro, including high-detail imagery showing "High-Pressure Flow" results, text descriptions, and "The Flow Axis" branding motifs, are the property of My Big Merllin. You may not reproduce our copyrighted industrial dossiers or before/after galleries without written authorization.
