In our Central Valley environment, where sun-baked pollutants and heavy agricultural dust are standard, brute force often does more harm than good. I witnessed historic wood grain stripped bare and soft stone etched permanently by operators who didn't understand the chemistry of the surfaces they were "cleaning."

Graduated pressure ramps. We start at the lowest effective PSI and use specialized surfactants to lift stains chemically rather than mechanically.
Cold water washing on oily or grease-stained commercial pads. Attempting to scrub surfaces by hand while the pollutant remains solid.
Custom 200°F steam delivery. Heat emulsifies bonds on a molecular level, allowing for a deep clean that cold water simply cannot achieve.
